Human Resources Outsourcing Manager for an Outsourced Business Services Firm

Description : Our client is a unique accounting and business consulting firm that offers a wide range of outsourced business services to small businesses and start-ups. This is an exciting and fast-paced firm with an awesome culture. The company covers everything from basic bookkeeping and tax planning to forecasting/budgets to HR, legal, and acquisition work. They are seeking a Human Resources Outsourcing Manager to provide HR support to client companies and their employees. Typical tasks include employee management, benefits administration, compliance, and special projects.

Responsibilities:

- Perform client activities including employee management, benefits administration, risk management/compliance, and client support
- Support extensive client base with all facets of Human Resources
- Perform Human Resources support work under tight deadlines: benefits administration, employee relations, workers’ compensation, leave management, employee on-boarding, employee terminations, and policy administration
- Deliver exceptional service on time and on budget
- Participate and support new and existing project initiatives from the consulting office or at client sites
- Handle correspondence involving HR Solutions clients. Assist in resolution of HR Solutions issues as needed
- Assist with periodic audits of personnel and payroll documents
- Perform complex project work

Requirements:

- Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources or Business Consulting or related field or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years’ experience in all facets of Human Resources, Payroll experience a plus
- PHR or SPHR (or other relevant professional certification), preferred
- Ability to set priorities and with excellent time management skills; enjoy working independently with clear deadlines and deliverables
- Experience and proficiency in various industry-related software, including benefits portals, and others as needed also required
- Excellent Communication skills – ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, in writing and verbally
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
